Banana protein pancake.
Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. I prefer a breakfast that's rich in proteins. And how I love these pancakes!
1 half ripe banana.
1 whole egg.
50 ml unsweetened almond milk.
10 g (lean) vanilla protein powder.
10 g oatmeal flakes (fine).
A little bit of real butter to grease your pan. (Butter is unprocessed and gives a great taste to your dish.).
Crush the banana and beat all ingredients with a whisk to a smooth batter.
Grease the pan and wait until the it is hot enough.
Bake until the top is completely dry.
Flip the pancake and bake the other side.
