Breakfast cups with egg.

You can also do this with bread that is a few days old, as long as the inside is still soft. #nowaste!



Ingredients:


  • Bread

  • Eggs, if wanted, extra egg whites.

  • Spinach

  • Cottage cheese.

  • Chicken strips or turkey bacon

  • Olive oil

  • Pepper, salt and garlic powder.

  • Spring onion.






Directions:


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Cut the crusts off the bread and slice the inside.

  3. Put everything in an ovenproof dish as in the video and season with salt and pepper

  4. Cut the remaining bread into stems and sprinkle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, pepper and salt.

  5. Place the egg in the middle of the oven for 18 min.

  6. Fry chicken strips or bacon crispy in a pan (without fat).

  7. Place the bread stems in the oven for the last 5 minutes.

  8. Sprinkle with spring onions and crispy chicken or turkey.
