Did you know?

That whole wheat and multigrain don't mean the same thing? Whole grain is a protected name and stands for the use of the whole grain of wheat. Multigrain literally stands for using multiple grains. Whole grain products including bread, pasta, couscous and crackers contain more fiber, vitamins and minerals and are more saturated than other (e.g. multigrain) grain products. Please note: with all products it is still important to check the packaging for as much whole wheat flour as possible (preferably 100%)!
