Konjac noodles are very low in calories (6kcal / 100g), carb and gluten free. They are made from a fiber in the konjac plant glucomannan. They are perfect to replace glass noodles or noodles in general. Always rinse them well in a sieve before use!
Skrei or ordinary cod fillet (with skin).
Young spinach leaf.

Chop the onion and the garlic.
Cut all vegetables rough.
Heat some coconut oil in a deep pan or wok.
Fry onions, garlic .
Add the shrimps and all vegetables.
Heat some coconut oil in another pan and fry the cod first nicely (on the skin side) then lower to a small fire and put a lid over the fish and cook until it is ready.
Pour a dash of oyster sauce, fish sauce, ketchap manis and some lemon into the vegetables and shrimps.
Rinse the noodles well.
Finally add to the vegetables and stir well.
Finish with a little pepper and for those who like extra spice some chili.
Spoon onto a plate and place the fish on top and garnish (optional) with some cilantro or flat-leaf parsley.
To check the doneness of your fish, you can carefully prick the fillet with a toothpick and wedge it, if the fish tends to fall apart, it is cooked.
