Roasted crispy paprika chickpeas.
How i love aperitifs and of course combined with a nice nibble, but unfortunately many of us aren't yet familiar with healthier alternatives.
Per 150 - 200 g Chickpeas:
1 tbsp paprika.
1 tsp Ras el hanout.
1 tsp olive oil.
(Optional) cayenne pepper, garlic powder.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
Mix all ingredients together.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chickpeas over it.
Bake for 30 min.
Shake them up and spray a little bit olive oil over them.
Bake for another 10 min.
Tip: Put olive oil in a spray, this way you can control your quantity much better.
