Strawberry puff pastry with protein vanilla pudding.
Cake that's low in calories, low in sugars and high in proteins! You can top these tarts with your favorite fruit! But since it is strawberry season, I choose fresh strawberries!
About 25-30 g of ready-made puff pastry.
15 g Low-fat Greek yogurt (I used Fage 0%)
10 g (Smart) Vanilla protein powder.
35 ml Almond milk (unsweetened).
50 g Fresh strawberries.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Cut the amount of the ready-made dough.
Knead into a ball and roll it flat with a rolling pin.
Place this over an inverted muffin baking tin (this way you can bake cups from your dough.)
Punch holes in the base of your cup (the flat part)
Bake your cups for 20 min. Until golden.
Prepare your cream.
Beat all ingredients together with a whisk until smooth.
Cut the strawberries into slices.
When your puff pastry is ready, let it cool down.
Put the cream in the cups and garnish with the strawberries.
