Sunday, cheat day.
This recipe does not belong in the healthy category, but is a tasty cheat snack / breakfast.
It is super easy to make and you only need 4 ingredients.
Puff pastry (Fresh or frozen)
Chocolate drops or chips.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Cut puff pastry to the desired size.
Moisten the puff pastry with a little water.
Spread peanut butter over one side of the puff pastry sheet and sprinkle the chocolate on top.
Place the banana against the edge and roll it up.
Gently press the ends closed.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the banana roll on it.
Cut a few shallow cuts into the top of the roll.
Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
