Superfast Maroccan bean dish.

150 g Moroccan bean dish (ready made).
100 g vegetarian balls, cut in half.
30 g Goat cheese cut into slices.
1 Pita bread
2 Medjoul dates.
Sprig of mint
Sprig of cilantro or flat-leaf parsley.
Pepper and salt
Heat the bean dish in a covered bowl in the microwave as indicated on the instructions.
In mean while bake the balls briefly.
Put the pita bread in a toaster until it is golden brown.
Cut coriander or cilantro and mint.
Season the bean dish.
Place the goat cheese slices on the warm bean dish.
Garnish with the fresh herbs.
Cut the pita bread into pieces and eat together with the bean dish, cheese and dates.
