Where tartar meets tzatziki! Can be used as fresh sauce, dip or spread.
Delicious with lunch or aperitif tapas!
150 g Low-fat Greek yogurt.
50 g light mayo (I used D&L -80%)
10 g Parsley
1 sprig of fresh mint.
15 g capers
1 medium sweet and sour pickle.
1 tsp tzatziki mix (oil & vinegar).
Or you can also make a dried or fresh mixture of garlic, chives and dill.
Pepper and salt.
If you use tzatziki mix or dried herbs, first let them soak in a few tablespoons water for 5 minutes
Chop all fresh ingredients.
Combine everything and let it steep for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator before use, so that the flavors come together better.
Delicious with lunch or apero tapas!
