Vegan protein bounty oats

Everyone is familiar with bounty chocolate bars, this is where I got my inspiration from. So as you can see, porridge does not have to be boring or tasteless.

On top of that, this one is high in protein, fiber-rich, gluten-free and vegan-proof, so also lactose-free! What a treat to start your day!


Ingredients:

(Per portion)


  • 30 g oatmeal

  • 200 ml boiling water.

  • 10 g coconut protein powder (vegan).

  • 50 g coconut quark.

  • 15 g dark chocolate.

  • 10 g coconut grate.

  • 3 g cocoa powder.


Directions:


  1. Add boiling water to the oats in a bowl, give the oat flakes some time to swell. (If your desire is to eat your porridge warm, you can heat the porridge in the microwave for another 30-60 seconds before the next step).

  2. Add protein powder and stir well.

  3. add the coconut quark and stir (this does not have to be stirred all the way)

  4. Spread cocoa powder over the porridge.

  5. Break the chocolate into pieces and garnish on the oatmeal.

  6. Finish it all off with coconut grate.
