200 g courgetti (ready-made) or grated zucchini (use small ones, these contain fewer seeds).
1 large shallot.
1 clove of garlic.
1 tsp baking powder.
25 g oat flour (or grind oat flakes into flour).
Pepper and salt
(Optional 25 g cheese)
If you don't have ready-made zucchini, grate zucchini and sprinkle with salt. (This extracts the moisture, which is necessary to bake the fritters crispy.)
Cut the shallot and garlic very fine.
Beat the egg and add this together with the other ingredients to form a paste.
Fry them in olive oil on both sides. (I did this in an airfryer, 8 min on both sides at 180 °).
